Who We Are

Capital allocation begins with investment discipline.

EMINOVA FUNDING | NSN GLOBAL is an international investment platform focused on direct debt and equity investments, structured project finance and institutional capital allocation. We work with project owners, companies, sponsors and strategic counterparties seeking capital for credible, scalable and financeable opportunities.

Our role is not simply to introduce capital. We evaluate the transaction, assess its investability, determine the appropriate capital structure and, where approved, move the opportunity through due diligence, structuring and investment execution.

Our objective is not to fund every opportunity presented to us. Our objective is to identify opportunities that can withstand institutional scrutiny and to structure capital around them with discipline, speed and clarity.

FAQ

Clear answers before the process begins.

Are you a broker or an intermediary?

No. EMINOVA FUNDING | NSN GLOBAL is not positioned as a broker or an advisory-only intermediary. We directly evaluate investment opportunities, structure transactions and allocate capital where the opportunity meets our investment criteria.

Do you provide references from previous clients or transactions?

We do not disclose the identities, transaction details or confidential commercial information of past or current counterparties without their written permission. We apply the same confidentiality standard to every party we work with. For us, confidentiality is not a limitation; it is part of institutional trust.

How can we verify your credibility if you do not share confidential references?

Credibility should be assessed through the quality of the institutional process, corporate documentation, contractual framework, compliance, transaction logic, due diligence standards and professionalism of the parties involved. Publicly publishable transactions may be presented separately; confidential transactions remain confidential.

Do you sign an NDA?

Confidentiality is fundamental to our process. Depending on the stage and nature of the transaction, an appropriate confidentiality framework and/or NDA may be used before sensitive documentation is exchanged.

Do you charge an upfront or retainer fee?

We do not apply a standard retainer or upfront financing commission merely for submitting an opportunity or conducting the initial preliminary review. Transaction-specific third-party legal, technical, financial, valuation, compliance or due diligence costs may arise and are disclosed before the relevant work is initiated.

Is Due Diligence free?

No assumption should be made that due diligence is free. Independent specialist reviews may be required depending on the transaction.

Does preliminary approval guarantee investment?

No. Preliminary suitability, an indicative view or an initial expression of interest is not a binding investment commitment.

What do you need for an initial review?

A concise Executive Summary covering the project/company, sponsor, jurisdiction, sector, transaction size, capital requirement, use of funds, existing equity/debt, cash flow, requested structure, collateral where applicable, and repayment or exit plan.

Do you finance every project submitted?

No. We are selective by design. Every opportunity is screened for investment readiness and institutional suitability.

How long does the process take?

Timing depends on transaction complexity, documentation quality, due diligence, legal structure and responsiveness of all parties. No universal closing period should be assumed.

Can we speak directly with the capital source at the beginning?

Investment decision-makers, co-investors or specialist counterparties are introduced at the appropriate stage once the opportunity has passed the required preliminary review and there is a legitimate transaction purpose.

How do you protect our information?

Information received during evaluation is treated as confidential and used for legitimate transaction assessment, due diligence, structuring, compliance and investment decision-making. Sensitive information is not used as marketing material or disclosed as a client reference without appropriate authorization.
